Gemeinschaftsverpflegung.<\/strong><\/h4><p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\"> <\/p><p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">F\u00fcr die Betriebskantine der Banca di Credito Cooperativo di Roma war Silko an der Realisierung einer professionellen K\u00fcche beteiligt, die auf betriebliche Effizienz, hohe Hygienestandards und ein intelligentes Energiemanagement ausgelegt ist.<\/p><p>Im Mittelpunkt der Installation steht ein <strong>IKONICO-Kochblock<\/strong> mit einer einteiligen Arbeitsplatte aus Edelstahl AISI 304 mit orbital geschliffener Oberfl\u00e4che. Das gleiche Konstruktionsprinzip wurde auch bei den Arbeitsfl\u00e4chen und neutralen Bereichen umgesetzt, um Fugen auf ein Minimum zu reduzieren und die Reinigung und Desinfektion zu erleichtern. <\/p><p>Die Ausstattung umfasst elektrische und elektronisch gesteuerte Kochger\u00e4te, Multifunktions\u00f6fen und Multifunktions-Schnellk\u00fchler, professionelle K\u00fchl- und Sp\u00fcltechnik sowie Vorbereitungsfl\u00e4chen und neutrale Edelstahlelemente.<\/p><p>Besonderes Augenmerk wurde auf <strong>Konnektivit\u00e4t und Energieoptimierung gelegt<\/strong>. Die Wi-Fi-Technologie erm\u00f6glicht die Fernsteuerung und Fern\u00fcberwachung kompatibler Ger\u00e4te, w\u00e4hrend ein System zur Begrenzung von Leistungsspitzen dazu beitr\u00e4gt, die verf\u00fcgbare Energie effizient zu nutzen. <\/p><p>Ein Projekt, das Technologie, Funktionalit\u00e4t und Hygiene miteinander verbindet und den betrieblichen Anforderungen der Gemeinschaftsverpflegung gerecht wird.<\/p><p>Die Realisierung erfolgte in Zusammenarbeit mit <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pratesihd.com\/\">Pratesi Hotel Division<\/a><\/strong>, einem Partner und Vertriebspartner von Silko, der f\u00fcr die Installation der Ger\u00e4te verantwortlich
