The Active range includes professional combo blast chillers equipped with five functions: chilling, freezing, thawing leavening retarder and slow cooking / holding. Pro-Eco Silko range includes combo blast chillers with air cooled unit for rapid cooling (from 90 + to +3 °), fast freezing (from 90 to -18 °), and an electronic control system. It is equipped with a standard temperature probe (not heated) and comes with a left hinged door . The main characteristic of this type of blast chiller is to be ECO. The R290 refrigerant gas, allow the range to pay attention to atmospheric pollution by limiting the impacts in the ozone hole. Available with capacities 3, 5, 8 GN 1/1 trays.
Superior multifunction fast cooling blast chillers
The Superior range features electronically controlled combo blast chillers equipped with a 5-inch colour screen, the possibility of setting a blast chilling or freezing "Hard cycle" and a "soft" cycle, checking the temperature of the evaporator probe during operation. What are the advantages of buying a combo blast chiller?
Silko offers combo blast chillers equipped with a single machine whose dual function is to chill and freeze according to the chef's needs.
