cuisine.<\/strong><\/h4><p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\"> <\/p><p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">Located in the heart of Lucerne, the new ZAP Restaurant offers a contemporary dining experience dedicated to Thai cuisine, in a setting where design and functionality come together.<\/p><p>For this project, developed in collaboration with <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sfcgastro.ch\/\">SFC Gastro AG<\/a><\/strong>, Silko supplied the cooking equipment for a professional kitchen designed to ensure operational efficiency, precision and a smooth workflow.<\/p><p>The layout features a Series 700 central pass-through cooking line with multiple induction zones, alongside a Series 900 wall-mounted cooking block equipped with a pasta cooker, griddle, two woks and two fryers. Both configurations incorporate refrigerated bases, making efficient use of space and supporting an organised preparation and cooking workflow. <\/p><p>The extensive use of induction technology provides fast response, precise temperature control and reduced heat dispersion, contributing to a more comfortable and efficient working environment.<\/p><p>A project that highlights the versatility of Silko solutions, combining professional performance with seamless integration into the interior
