catering.<\/strong><\/h4><p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\"> <\/p><p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">For the staff canteen of Banca di Credito Cooperativo di Roma, Silko contributed to the development of a professional kitchen designed to ensure operational efficiency, high hygiene standards and intelligent energy management.<\/p><p>At the heart of the installation is an <strong>IKONICO cooking block<\/strong>, featuring a single-piece AISI 304 stainless steel worktop with an orbital finish. The same construction concept extends to the work surfaces and neutral areas, minimising joints and making cleaning and sanitisation easier. <\/p><p>The equipment supplied includes electric and electronically controlled cooking appliances, multifunction ovens and blast chillers, professional refrigeration and warewashing systems, along with preparation worktops and neutral stainless steel elements.<\/p><p>Particular attention was given to <strong>connectivity and energy optimisation<\/strong>. Wi-Fi technology enables remote management and monitoring of compatible equipment, while a peak power management system helps optimise the use of available energy. <\/p><p>A project that brings together technology, functionality and hygiene to meet the operational requirements of institutional catering.<\/p><p>The installation was carried out in collaboration with <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pratesihd.com\/\">Pratesi Hotel Division<\/a><\/strong>, Silko&#8217;s partner and distributor, responsible for installing the
