Electric Bain-Marie, Monoblock unit on open base. Cook top made of stainless steel AISI 304, thickness 20/10, pre-fitted for head-to head connection. Stainless steel basin (AISI 304) with radiused inner profile for easy cleaning. Sloping basin bottom to optimize water drainage. Dimensions 1 x GN 1/1 + 1/3. For containers with up to 15 cm max. height. Heating by means of shielded electrical resi ... tance located underneath the basin. Water temperature set via thermostat within an adjustment range between 30°C to 90°C. Safety thermostat switches on if heating is activated with empty basin, manual reset. When heating is activated a signal light on the control panel switches on. Appliance with water drainage via vertical overflow drain. Lower open compartment. Height-adjustable feet in stainless steel.
