Maximum efficiency on both sides. This was the design brief of our 1100 range of Silko professional cookers. This cooking system is based on modules that allow working on two sides, favouring the efficient use of space and organisation of the kitchen. Pass-through and transverse modules

In the 1100 Series it is possible to choose between the version with pass-through modules or transverse modules. By combining these solutions you can exploit every little bit of space available.

Pass-through modules
The peculiar feature of the pass-through modules is the double-sided equipment, which makes it possible to work from both sides of the line, thus reducing the overall dimensions and exploiting all the available space.

Transverse modules
The transverse modules allow working on a single side and, when combined with the pass-through modules, combine different functions to make the most of every space.

Maximum efficiency on both sides

The 1100 series stands out for its unique feature, namely the double-sided work space for equipment. This peculiar feature enables working simultaneously from both sides and offers numerous advantages, including a significantly smaller footprint. Thanks to this double-sided configuration, staff can work efficiently and without interruption, since they can conveniently access equipment from both sides of worktop. This leads to greater productivity and minimises unproductive time spent moving from one side to the other.
