CHARACTERISTICS
Electric Range with 4 hotplates, Monoblock unit on electric oven. Pressed stainless steel top (AISI 304), thickness 20/10, pre-fitted for head-to-head connection and installation of the water column (accessory). Top with collection basin for liquids. 4 square cast iron hotplates 30x30 cm, with 4 kW output each, hermetically sealed to top. Heat is set by using 7-position selector switch. An orange ... signal light switches on when heating is activated. Hotplates equipped with automatic reset safety thermostat activated when the pan used on the appliance is unsuitable or there is no pan at all. Signal light checks whether the appliance is operating correctly. Electric static oven GN 2/1. Heating by means of by independently controlled top and bottom heating elements. Thermostat to adjust the temperature within a setting range from 50°C to 300°C. Cooking chamber made of stainless steel, Dimensions in cm 57.5x70x30h. Cast iron oven bottom.
