CHARACTERISTICS
Gas Range Wok, 2 burners, Monoblock unit on open base. Worktop in stainless steel AISI304, top thickness 20/10 with all-around spillage basin, incl. drain pre-fitted for floor connection. Device equipped with 2 cast iron burners output: 14 kW developed for high thermal efficiency . Power regulation via valve tap with pilot burner and safety thermocouple. A large collector pan for liquids is place ... underneath the top. A stable cast iron ring provides support for WOK pans, it is RAAF enamelled (acid, alkali and flame resistant). Height-adjustable feet in stainless steel.
