The Light SEM40 Electric Salamander, 40 cm, is a versatile solution for professional kitchens, designed to meet various culinary needs. With a cooking area of 40x35 cm, it is perfect for gratinating, keeping prepared dishes warm, finishing oven dishes like lasagna and casseroles, and grilling meats such as hamburgers, steaks, sausages, and cutlets. The structure is made of AISI 430 stainless stee ... , open on three sides, ensuring durability and practicality. The upper mobile plate, with 90° corners and sliding on guides, facilitates ease of use and accessibility. Heating is managed through Incoloy armored resistances installed in the upper mobile plate, which can be tilted to simplify cleaning operations. Temperature control is achieved via an energy regulator, allowing for precise and consistent temperature maintenance. The duroplastic handle, resistant to high temperatures, ensures a secure and comfortable grip. The cooking grid is made of chromed steel, while the fat collection tray, made of AISI 304 stainless steel, is removable, equipped with a heat-resistant handle for easy handling. The rubberized plastic feet are adjustable in height from 15 to 25 mm, allowing customization of the height as needed. Additionally, wall installation brackets are available as an option to optimize kitchen space.
