The Light SEM60R Electric Ultrarapid Salamander, 60 cm, is an advanced and highly efficient solution for professional kitchens. With two independent cooking zones and a total surface area of 60x35 cm, compatible with GN1/1 trays, it is ideal for gratinating, keeping dishes warm, finishing oven dishes like lasagna and casseroles, as well as grilling and finishing meats such as hamburgers, steaks, ... ausages, and cutlets. Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, the structure is open on three sides for enhanced durability and practicality. The upper mobile plate, with rounded corners and sliding on guides, is designed for safe and easy use. The ultrarapid infrared resistances, installed in the upper mobile plate and protected by a glass-ceramic sheet, allow for very fast heating, reaching the set working temperature in just 20 seconds on the first use and only 5 seconds on subsequent uses, offering significant energy savings. The aluminum handle, equipped with thermal-insulating spacers, ensures a safe and comfortable grip. The control knob allows you to set the cooking time, from 0 to 99 minutes, with the time displayed on a digital screen for precise management of the cooking process. The touch START and STOP button makes it easy to begin and stop operations. The air vents on the upper mobile plate allow for quick heat and smoke evacuation. The chromed steel cooking grid and the AISI 304 stainless steel fat collection tray, both removable and with heat-resistant handles, make cleaning easier. The rubberized plastic feet are adjustable in height from 15 to 25 mm, allowing for customization according to kitchen needs.
