CHARACTERISTICS
The Light SEM60T Electric Salamander, 60 cm, is a versatile and high-performance solution for professional kitchens, designed to meet various culinary needs. With two independent cooking zones and a total surface area of 60x35 cm, it is compatible with GN1/1 trays, providing ample space for preparing and finishing dishes. It is ideal for gratinating, keeping dishes warm, finishing oven dishes lik ... lasagna and casseroles, as well as grilling and finishing meats such as hamburgers, steaks, sausages, and cutlets. Made of AISI 430 stainless steel, open on three sides, the structure ensures durability and practicality. The upper mobile plate, with 90° corners and sliding on guides, allows easy maneuverability and accessibility. Heating is managed by Incoloy armored resistances installed in the upper mobile plate, which can be tilted for easier cleaning. Temperature control is handled through an energy regulator, ensuring precise heat management. The duroplastic handle, resistant to high temperatures, allows for safe and comfortable use. The cooking grid is made of chromed steel, while the fat collection tray, made of AISI 304 stainless steel, is easily removable and features a heat-resistant handle. The rubberized plastic feet, adjustable in height from 15 to 25 mm, allow customization of the salamander’s height according to needs. Additionally, wall installation brackets are available as an option to optimize kitchen space and enhance functionality.
