This new gourmet risto-caffè, designed to accompany guests from breakfast to aperitivo, places the kitchen at the center of the experience. And it is here that Silko steps in, with a bespoke project crafted to support a passionate and ambitious team.

At the core of the layout, a monobloc central island serves as the beating heart of the kitchen, perfect for preparing traditional Lazio dishes with style and efficiency. Around it, every element is designed to optimize the workflow and elevate performance:

  • high-efficiency fryers and a dedicated grill for meat and fish,

  • blast chillers for ideal ingredient preservation,
