Silko at SIRHA 2025: Driving Technology, Innovation, and Sustainability Forward

From January 23 to 27, 2025, Silko took part in SIRHA Lyon, one of the most significant international events in the world of professional foodservice. A meticulously designed stand highlighted the quality of the solutions on display, standing out for its ability to anticipate the future of the kitchen through technology, functionality and a conscious approach.

Among the key innovations presented, Sonika drew strong interest from operators and chefs: an innovative ultrasonic device developed in collaboration with waveco®, which applies a continuous “relaxing massage” to ingredients. This process allows for slow and even maturation, improving the texture and organoleptic qualities of raw materials.

Alongside Sonika, Silko also unveiled its new induction fry top, a perfect combination of the power of griddle cooking and the efficiency of induction technology. A high-performance, sustainable system designed to reduce time and energy consumption without compromising quality.

The exhibition area also featured two design solutions representative of Silko’s vision: a Format Design Lab block, developed for scalable, high-efficiency foodservice formats, and a hygienic-top block, ideal for environments where cleanliness and operational hygiene are essential.

Throughout the five-day event, the Silko stand came alive with numerous live cooking demonstrations, welcoming hundreds of visitors, professionals and enthusiasts alike, all interested in a new approach to the kitchen: more efficient, more sustainable and more focused on enhancing the value of every single ingredient.

With its participation at SIRHA 2025, Silko reaffirms its commitment to an evolved professional kitchen, combining technology, sustainability and uncompromising quality.
