CHARACTERISTICS
Automatic basket lifting unit. Top thickness 20/10, pre-fitted for head-to-head connection, to be used side-by-side with SILKO pasta-cookers series 900 THE ESSENCE. The unit can lift 3 baskets 1/3 or 1/6 positioned in one well. Any single lifting procedure is controlled by an independent timer, adjustable according to the required cooking time for each product. When the cooking cycle is finishe ... , the basket is lifted up automatically and remains in up right position. The unit can be positioned to the right or left of the pasta-cooker. Appliance equipped with 2 height-adjustable feet made of stainless steel.
