Electric top fryer with a single well made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The top is 15/10 thick and designed for flush alignment. The cooking well is pressed from AISI 304 stainless steel with an internal rounded profile. Well capacity: 10 liters. The well features a large front recess for oil and foam expansion and a wide cold zone for collecting cooking residues. Heating is provided by a stainle ... s steel AISI 304 armored element, rotatable over 90° to facilitate well cleaning. Heating activation is indicated by the illumination of an orange pilot light located on the control panel.
