Single-zone electric monoblock grill. Worktop in 20/10 AISI 304 stainless steel, designed for end-to-end connection. Cooking system with direct contact on the heating elements. Removable tray for collecting cooking fats and holding water, placed below the heating elements. The water cools the cooking fats, while its evaporation allows for gentle food cooking. Heating is provided by liftable Incol ... y armored elements to facilitate cleaning operations. Heating activation and adjustment are managed through an energy regulator. The orange indicator light shows that the unit is operating. Height-adjustable stainless steel feet. Supplied with a scraper for the heating element.
