Removable tray for collecting cooking fats and holding water, positioned beneath the heating elements. The water cools the cooking fats, while its evaporation allows for gentle cooking of food. Heating is provided by ... iftable Incoloy armored elements to facilitate cleaning operations. Heating activation and adjustment are managed through an energy regulator. The orange indicator light signals that the equipment is operating. Height-adjustable stainless steel feet. Supplied with a scraper for the heating element.
