CHARACTERISTICS
Tilting Bratt Pan, gas version, made of stainless steel AISI 304. Stainless steel cooking tank with motorized tilting mechanism, 120-litre capacity, rectangular shape with radiused corners for easy cleaning, duplex bottom (FE3430 & Aisi 316), bottom thickness 12 mm. Double walled lid with drip nozzle in the back to convey condensate liquid into the tank, fitted with sturdy AISI 304 stainless s ... eel hinges with spring balancing. Automatic water loading activated via button. Water tap fixed on top. Satin-finish AISI 304 tubular steel handle with front grip, sealed to lid. Heating by means of steel burners and stabilized flame underneath the tank, safety gas valve with thermocouple. Electric pilot burner ignition activated via control button on gas valve. Temperature settings from 100°C to 280°C via thermostat. Safety thermostat. Orange signal light on control panel shows whether appliance is operating. Heating is turned off automatically when pan is tilted. Height-adjustable feet in stainless steel.
