Gas Solid Top, Monoblock unit on gas oven and neutral compartment (40 cm) with hinged door. Cook top made of stainless steel AISI 304, thickness 20/10, pre-fitted for head-to head connection. Radiant heavy-gauge cast iron hotplate on the left, ribbed to optimize heat distribution, with central hole. Heating by means of high performing cast iron double ring burner (14 kW) in order to reach 500°C ... t the centre of the plate and 200°C round the edges, with pilot burner and safety thermocouple. Gas supply via thermostatic safety valve. Automatic ignition via piezoelectric device. Dimensions of the hotplate in cm 74.5x74. Appliance equipped with 2 main burners on the right side of the solid top, max. output 1 x 6 kW and 1 x 9 kW, hermetically sealed to top. Constant power adjustment within a range of 2.5 to 9 kW via safety tap with thermocouple. Ignition of the main burner via a steady low-consumption pilot burner (170 W). The pilot burner and thermocouple are placed underneath the main burner body to provide protection against accidental impacts and spills.
