We are almost there, Sigep 2022 is just around the corner.
The world exhibition for pastry, gelato, and food service equipment will take place from March 12 to 16 at the Rimini fair district, and Silko will be waiting for you at Pavilion D6, Stand 006.

This year, the fair will be an opportunity for us to come together with thousands of spectators from all over Europe and beyond, to get a close look at the innovations in the world of pastry and professional cooking.
Great attention will be dedicated to technology and innovation, which are increasingly being applied in the food service equipment sector.

The changing habits of consumers have significantly altered the restaurant industry, favoring home consumption and leading to unprecedented levels of food delivery and take away trends.
This trend has led to the growth of restaurant chains and the emergence of new dining solutions, such as dark kitchens and ghost restaurants.
