CHARACTERISTICS
Fry Top gas top with two cooking zones and smooth inclined brushed chrome plate, made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Top manufactured with 15/10 thickness, prearranged for head-to-head connection. Brushed chrome cooking plate lowered by 4 cm compared to the worktop, hermetically welded to ensure easy cleaning. Brushed chrome cooking surface with a 6.5 cm cool zone on the front of the plate. Circula ... grease drain hole, Ø 4 cm. Grease collection drawer with a capacity of 2.5 l. Heating by stabilized-flame steel burner with two branches and four rows of flame per zone, complete with pilot flame and safety thermocouple. Gas supply controlled by safety valve with thermocouple. Cooking temperature manually controlled with adjustment from 200 to 400 °C. Automatic ignition by piezoelectric device with water-protection cap. Cooking surface 73.5 × 53 cm. Height-adjustable feet. Brushed chrome plate scraper supplied.
