Gas fry top with two cooking zones and inclined brushed chrome plate, 2/3 smooth and 1/3 ribbed, constructed in AISI 304 stainless steel. Top manufactured with 15/10 thickness, designed for head-to-head connection. Brushed chrome cooking plate recessed 4 cm below the worktop and hermetically welded to ensure easy cleaning. Brushed chrome cooking surface with a 6.5 cm front cool zone. Circular gre ... se drain hole, Ø 4 cm. Grease collection drawer with a capacity of 2.5 l. Heating by stabilized-flame steel burner with two branches and four rows of flame per zone, complete with pilot flame and safety thermocouple. Gas supply controlled by safety valve with thermocouple. Cooking temperature manually controlled with adjustment from 200 to 400 °C. Automatic ignition by piezoelectric device with water-protection cap. Cooking surface 73.5 × 53 cm. Height-adjustable feet.
