Gas Solid Top, Monoblock unit on open base. Cook top made of stainless steel AISI 304, thickness 15/10, pre-fitted for head-to head connection. Radiant heavy-gauge cast iron hotplate, ribbed to optimize heat distribution, with central hole. Heating by means of high performing cast iron double ring burner (9 kW) in order to reach 500°C at the centre of the plate and 200°C round the edges, with p ... lot burner and safety thermocouple. Gas supply controlled by safety tap with thermocouple. Automatic ignition via piezoelectric device. Dimensions of the hotplate in cm 74,5x56,7. Height-adjustable feet in stainless steel.
