Solid Top Gas (top version) made of stainless steel AISI 304. Top thickness 15/10, pre-fitted for head-to-head connection. Radiant heavy-gauge cast iron hotplate on the left, ribbed to optimize heat distribution, with central hole. Heating by means of high performing burner (6 kW) in order to reach 500°C at the centre of the plate and 200°C round the edges, with pilot burner and safety thermoco ... ple. Gas supply controlled by safety tap with thermocouple. Automatic ignition via piezoelectric device. Dimensions of the hotplate in cm 35x57. Device with 2 main burners, max. output 6 kW, hermetically sealed to top. Constant power adjustment within a range of 1.6 to 6 kW via safety tap with thermocouple. Ignition of the main burner via a steady low-consumption pilot burner (170 W). The pilot burner and thermocouple are placed underneath the main burner body to provide protection against accidental impacts and spills.
