Host2023 was a true triumph for Silko! We presented a completely revamped company that perfectly synchronized all the tools to create a real “Kitchen Symphony.”

During the event, we spotlighted the technology that we bring to the market every day.

The presence of Daniele Romano and Damiano Grillo from INDUCS AG at our booth made it possible to create a dedicated corner for education on induction technology. And let’s not forget our friends from Waveco! Their new custom-built recessed system for the Silko module perfectly reflects the concept of Kitchen Symphony, a coordinated project that brings shared value!

To ensure maximum comfort for visitors, we chose the iconic products of LaCividina, with whom we have established a special partnership from the start.

We decided to adopt an industrial style in our booth, allowing total freedom of movement for visitors with no “barriers” at the entrance. It was a choice that facilitated informal and pleasant encounters with our customers.

A special touch was added by the lamps from LEUCOS, a company that impressed us not only with their products but also with the fantastic people who work there.

With the success of our “Silko Kitchen Symphony,” Host2023 concluded, leaving behind a magical memory of sounds, colors, and scents that enchanted everyone present.

To embark on our culinary journey in Bengaluru, we cannot overlook the famous dosa, a South Indian specialty. Dosa is a kind of rice and lentil crepe, thin and crispy, served with a variety of sauces called chutney and sambar, a spicy vegetable soup.

We are almost there, Sigep 2022 is just around the corner.
The world exhibition for pastry, gelato, and food service equipment will take place from March 12 to 16 at the Rimini fair district, and Silko will be waiting for you at Pavilion D6, Stand 006.

This year, the fair will be an opportunity for us to come together with thousands of spectators from all over Europe and beyond, to get a close look at the innovations in the world of pastry and professional cooking.
Great attention will be dedicated to technology and innovation, which are increasingly being applied in the food service equipment sector.

The changing habits of consumers have significantly altered the restaurant industry, favoring home consumption and leading to unprecedented levels of food delivery and take away trends.
This trend has led to the growth of restaurant chains and the emergence of new dining solutions, such as dark kitchens and ghost restaurants. In response to these significant developments, the professional kitchen sector is striving to offer solutions that are increasingly adaptable to customer needs.

During the event, we will test the Fryer Evo, an example of how Industry 4.0 technology, combined with an innovative oil filtration system, allows numerous cooking cycles while maintaining the quality of the finished product; the Evo fryer becomes an important ally in the kitchen, leading to significant energy and economic savings (lower oil consumption and greater food preservation).
